Certified Personal Trainer , Group Fitness Instructor and amateur CrossFit Athlete.

Founder of LiftHer-Up Gym, a space where every woman can feel supported, motivated, and empowered. As a coach in midlife, I understand the hormone shifts, the energy dips, and the frustration of “doing everything right” with little results. This is why I enjoy helping women navigate perimenopause with confidence and strength.

My approach focuses on boosting metabolism, building lean muscle, and supporting weight loss through strength training and balanced nutrition.
